Fixes, changes, a landing page, an integration. Half a day minimum, because stopping and starting is most of the cost.
Some people would rather pay once and forget about it. Some would rather spread it. Both are fine, and both cost exactly the same — no interest, no fees, no credit check, and no effect on your credit rating. We are not a lender and we make nothing on the schedule. This exists so that being unable to write one cheque doesn’t mean going without a website.

The simplest option, and what most businesses choose. If you pay by bank debit it is also the cheapest way for us, and we would rather say that than pretend it makes no difference.

The slower road on purpose: your site goes live on the final payment, so every payment covers work we are about to do rather than work you have already had. That is how we offer this without charging interest or turning anyone down. Builds from $1,500.

Your domain, your DNS, your analytics, every third-party account — they are registered in your name from the first day, and that does not change if you fall behind. If we host the site for you it runs on our infrastructure, but a complete copy of it is yours at any time and your domain points wherever you say. We don’t hold those keys.
The reason we can say that and mean it is that we don’t hand over finished work with money still owing. Each payment comes before the stretch of work it pays for. That is not us being careful with you — it is us being honest that an unpaid invoice is a real problem for a studio this size, and we would rather design that problem out than write a threat into the terms.
Registered charities, community groups and school projects: get in touch and tell us what you’re doing. There is usually a number that works.

Hosting keeps the site online. Care keeps it healthy as well — patches, updates, backups you could restore from. Care Plus adds an hour of changes a month and a person who answers within a working day, ahead of everyone else. You pick one, not three: Care already includes hosting, so you never pay for both.
All of them are month to month. Cancel by email whenever you like — no notice period, no exit fee, no minimum term, and nothing auto-renews for a year behind your back. If you prepay a year, you get two months free, and if you leave part-way we refund the whole months you haven’t used.
If you stop hosting with us, we send you a complete copy of the site and give you 30 days to point your domain somewhere else. After that it comes off our servers. That is the service ending, not a lever — your domain, your content, your analytics and every account were in your name the whole time, and they keep working wherever you take them.
These aren’t upgrades. They’re the baseline, on the smallest job we take.

So the quote doesn’t arrive as a surprise. These are the four things that actually move it.
Pages are quick; deciding what goes on them is not. If your copy and photos are ready, everything moves faster. If you would rather we wrote them, that goes on the quote as its own line.
Booking systems, payment providers, stock, or an existing database each add real work. One integration is included in Business; more are quoted.
Working from your existing brand is quickest. Building an identity from nothing is its own project, and we will say so rather than absorb it quietly.
Normal timelines are in the packages above. Compressing them means reordering other work, and we would rather say so than quietly miss a date.
Send them our way and we’ll pay you 10% of the build once they pay. No agreement to sign, and nothing owed if it never happens.
