What it costs
Fixed prices, agreed in writing before any work starts. If we get an estimate wrong, that’s our problem to absorb — not a change order halfway through.
Pick the shape that fits
Most work lands in one of these three. If yours doesn’t, say so and we’ll scope it properly rather than squeeze it into a box.

Mobile, AI, and the smaller jobs
Not every piece of work is a project. These are priced once we know what they need to do.
Mobile applications
From $XX,XXXDraft
iOS and Android, usually following a web product that has already proven itself.
AI tools and assistants
Quoted per project
Practical automation over your own data — quoted once we know what it needs to do.
Smaller pieces of work
$XXX per dayDraft
Fixes, changes, a landing page, an integration. Not everything needs a project.

What every price includes
These aren’t upgrades. They’re the baseline, on the smallest job we take.
A fixed price, in writing
Agreed before any work starts. If we got the estimate wrong, that is our problem, not a change order.
Everything in your name
Domain, hosting, analytics, and any third-party account. You own the lot and can take it elsewhere.
Accessibility and privacy
Contrast, keyboard access, and consent handled from the first commit — not bolted on before launch.
A real handover
Documented code, working accounts, and a session showing your team how to run it.
What changes the price
So the quote doesn’t arrive as a surprise. These are the four things that actually move it.
- 01
How much content there is
Pages are cheap; deciding what goes on them is not. If the writing is ready, everything moves faster and costs less.
- 02
Whether it needs to talk to something else
Booking systems, payment providers, stock, or an existing database each add real work.
- 03
How custom the design is
Working from your existing brand is quickest. Building an identity from nothing is its own project.
- 04
How fast you need it
Normal timelines are in the packages above. Compressing them means reordering other work, and we would rather say so than quietly miss a date.
The usual questions
- Is the fixed price really fixed?
- Yes. Once we have scoped the work and both signed it off, the number does not move unless you ask for something outside that scope — and then we agree the change and its cost before doing it.
- Do you take a deposit?
- Half to start and half on launch for fixed-price work. Larger applications are split across agreed milestones.
- Do I have to take a care plan?
- No. You own everything, so you are free to host and maintain it yourself or hand it to someone else. The plan exists because most people would rather not think about it.
- What if I already have a website?
- Then we start by telling you honestly whether it needs replacing or just fixing. Sometimes the right answer is a few days of work rather than a new build.
- Do you work with businesses outside Canada?
- Yes. We are Canadian owned and run, and we work with clients wherever they are.
Not sure which one you need?
Tell us roughly what you’re after. We’ll come back with the shape of the work, a number, and a date — and we’ll say so if the honest answer is that you need less than you thought.
